  5. Do you have a gluten free menu, and will there be a problem requesting low sodium as I am on a 1,500 mg of sodium cardiac diet?
Answer: We have put together a list of gluten free items available at Red Lobster, here: Red Lobster Gluten Free.

  6. A group of us were at your restaurant near Georgeville Sq. yesterday and were very unhappy. The place was so cold that, even with a heavy sweater, I was shivering. Of course there were some without sweaters who gobbled their food down in order to get outside quickly.

My spouse ordered the flounder. He received a very small portion. Ridiculous for the price we paid!

Service was terrible with some of us receiving wrong food, etc. It seems it would make sense to have a very experienced waiting when you know a group is coming. We did
    have reservations!

Meals stated one or two sides. After receiving our bills we noted the extra charge for sides in very small print! This was a group of seniors whose eyes aren’t good enough to read your small print and also can’t afford your high prices.

We were all very unhappy and my spouse and I will not be back and I doubt others in our group will be.

  7. You guys must start serving the “fried lobster tail with waffles“ they are serving in Carolinas!! It’s a hit get on board quick!

  8. Why can’t I find any information on happy hour prices or hours.Your menu hours are posted but that’s all…….thx

  9. I was very dissatisfied the last time I ate at Red Lobster in Bolingbrook Illinois. I ordered the fish and chips along with the clam strips. The meal was a joke. The fish was mostly breading so when I took off all that breading, the fish pieces were small and could be seen through which shows how thin they were and the order of clam strips was maybe a handful if that with broken pieces of clams like my order came from the bottom of the bag or even leftover from someone else’s plate. The quality has really gone down as the prices keep going up up up! Needless to say, I will not be going back any time soon which is a shame considering it use to be my favorite place to eat out at.

  10. I just left your restaurant on Causeway in Metairie, Louisiana., The check #66544. Our order came to $9.99 each for two people. The waitress charged us 3.29 each for a glass of soda water, which added up to 6.58.
We are over seventy years old and we don’t like be taken advantage of. If this is how you treat
your guest, I will be sure to let my friends know about it.

  11. I eat the fried flounder ever time my two daughters and I go to Red Lobster. It is the best item on the menu. We always go on my birthday. I will be 76 in Jan. I plan to ask my daughters to take me there.

  12. I love red lobster, but today we spent over 400.00 Dollars Got a good key lime pie the peace was so small I could not believe it ,and the price was way to much !! Come on don’t make things so bad people will stop coming. If someone pays big bucks for food you could give them a slice of our ever tho it a sliver
    .

  13. Went to Red Lobster on Tamiami Trail in North Port FL for lunch as we have many times in the past. This time we were given a small paper menu with extremely inflated prices. Told they no longer serve lunches. If true…..why is the lunch menu being shown above? Prices are sky high….always have been but Red Lobster is getting more greedy by the minute. We will NEVER go there again. What a shame. Plus…with all the seafood restaurants here in FL…. to raise their prices is a stupid move on their part. I look forward to seeing them close their doors.

  14. Red lobster is so over priced they will soon go out of business. That is a shame because it used to be a good place to eat but the prices are just too much. Not only Red Lobster but a lot of others, people just don’t have the money they used to have.

  15. Darden Restaurants no longer owns Red Lobster, according to their website. This is important to people who care about the political donations of corporations.
